All items left at any of our locations is and will be at the owners own risk. My Park & Sell is not and will not be held liable for any losses, or damages to persons or personal items . By purchasing, purchaser is agreeing to all terms set forth by My Park & Sell. Spaces are for a one week rental use starting at the time of purchase and terminating 168 hours later (7 days) items will need to be removed from space rented by the end of set time frame. (Options for continuing your rental are available.) Any vehicles left for 12 or more hours after rental agreement ends will be charged a fee and may be towed. Any items left for 48 hours or more after agreement ends will be considered abandoned, resulting in the items being towed, impounded or other as necessary to remove from property and all costs, fees, and other associated liability will occur at the purchaser / owners costs. All items if relevant IE. titled vehicles, boats, rv's, campers ect. Must be duly legal. All vehicles and other must be in good aesthetic condition as to be in compliance with local municipalities. Absolutely under no conditions are any persons or living beings allowed to reside or stay with items occupied in spaces rented for more than appropriate time needed to place items and conduct sales of. No sleeping or loitering is allowed on any property maintained by My Park & Sell.
